Booking Policy

By booking with our studio, you agree to the following booking policies to ensure we maintain a smooth and professional studio environment. Overtime Fees: -Any overtime hours incurred will immediately be charged our $100 Extra Hours Fee for every additional hour. Cancellations & Rescheduling: -We allow cancellations for a full refund up to 5 days before booking. -We allow rescheduling up to 2 days before booking. -Any changes made after these policy windows are non-refundable. Special Requests: -To book weekends, after hours, special events, etc. please email us with your special requested times and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote. -Cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to Special Request bookings, as well.
