-Equipment and prop rentals can be purchased separately. -Must set up and clean up within the session time frame. -Any overtime will incur a Extra Hours Fee.
Booking Policy
By booking with our studio, you agree to the following booking policies to ensure we maintain a smooth and professional studio environment. Overtime Fees: If your team needs to arrive earlier or stay later, please let us know as soon as possible so we can confirm availability. • Extended hours between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM: $100/hour • Extended hours between 8:01 PM - 7:59 AM: $150/hour Cancellations & Rescheduling: -We allow cancellations for a full refund up to 5 days before booking. -We allow rescheduling up to 2 days before booking. -Any changes made after these policy windows are non-refundable. -No shows are non-refundable. No exceptions. Special Requests: -To book weekends, after hours, special events, etc. please email us with your special requested times and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote. -Cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to Special Request bookings, as well.
